SPECTATOR VEST PHOTOGRAPHS
This project was done with the attempt to bring two systems (a fashion garment and photography) closer to each
other by merging the two mediums in the form of a 'spectator'. Photographs were taken as part of the visual
research paper: 'The two-fold of fashion behaviour' and under surveillance of consumer culture. Using a custom
made felt vest with a built-in analogue camera, I wanted to 'look' at people and capture stills from a perspective
other than the eye.
